TIME TO MAKE A RETURN
You have the option to return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the package. This deadline will be considered met if the product is sent back before the 14-day period expires from the date of receipt.

How to Make a Return
- Securely pack the package with the product you wish to return. It is recommended to use the original packaging. The product must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date, in its original condition, with a full set of tags. Please note that the customer is responsible for any reduction in the product’s value due to usage beyond what is necessary to check the nature, features, and functionality of the product. Shipments in damaged packaging (e.g., plastic) that may indicate product damage during transport may not be accepted. In such cases, please resend it properly.

- In the withdrawal declaration, please provide your contact details and include proof of purchase (receipt).
- We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. The cost of returning the product in the event of contract withdrawal is borne by the buyer.
- If the ordered cash-on-delivery shipment is not collected due to the buyer’s fault, confirmed by the courier company, the store may claim compensation for failure to meet contract conditions, including delivery costs and costs associated with the return of the uncollected shipment. In the case of uncollected cash-on-delivery orders, the store reserves the right to disable the "cash-on-delivery" payment option for subsequent orders until the outstanding amount is settled with the store.

In your claim, please provide your contact information so that we can reach you regarding the complaint. Please also include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) or provide information allowing us to identify the order.
Complaints are processed within 14 days of submission. We will inform you about the outcome of the complaint in writing, via email, or by SMS.
